frozen kiwi, plum, mango popsicle

I saw this lovely fruits popsicle (Frozen Mango Kiwi Raspberry Pops) in Facebook yesterday and was so eager to try it out.  As I can't find raspberry here, and I'm not using strawberry because of the price, I opted for red dragon fruit.  When I went shopping for the fruits, the only supermarket in town has only white dragon fruit.  Sigh, well... I bought plum instead.  Silly me, I thought plum is red!  Oh oh... the skin is red, but not the flesh.  Anyway, here's the recipe that I tried.

Later, after dinner, the children can't wait till the next day to try it out.  According to them, the kiwi part is a bit sour but they loved the mango part.  Well, I might as well just make frozen mango popsicle the next time.

Ingredients
> 9tbsp water
> 2tbsp sugar
> 2 kiwi fruit
> 2 plums
> 1 medium sized mango
Method
[1]  Boil syrup by combining water and sugar in a small pot.  Set aside.
[2]  Divide syrup into 3 portions to mix into the fruit purees.
[3]  Puree kiwi in blender, equally fill popsicle moulds with kiwi puree and freeze for 1 hour.
[4]  Next puree plum in blender, add plum puree and freeze for 20 minutes.
[5]  Insert sticks and freeze for at least 2 hours.
[6]  Lastly, puree mango in blender, add mango puree and freeze overnight.
