fried sweet potato balls (蕃薯蛋)

Servings: about 30 small balls 

Ingredients
> 250g sweet potato (steamed and mashed)
> 125g rice flour
> 95g castor sugar 

Method
[1]  Mix mashed sweet potato with castor sugar.
[2]  Add in glutinous rice flour and mix well.
[3]  Shape into small balls. 
[4]  Deep fry.

This is a dessert I used to love.  I can get this from the market for RM1, about 10 pcs.  That was like 20 over years ago, back in Penang.
