sweet & sour pork ribs (甜醋排骨)

My cousin sister taught me this dish.
[1]  Wash pork ribs (排骨) and marinate it with soya sauce, pepper, sugar and a bit of dark soya sauce.
[2]  Mix pork ribs with a little bit of corn flour.  Fry/deep fry the pork ribs.  Dish out.
[3]  Put a little bit of butter/oil into wok.
[4]  Add in vinegar (醋), for sauce, and let it boil.
[5]  Add in pork ribs - stir fry for a short while.
[6]  Arrange pineapple on plate, dish out pork ribs & sauce.  Serve.
