[1] Mix minced meat with cornflour, soya sauce, a bit of sugar to taste.

[2] Stir-fry ginger (4 pcs.), garlic (2 small cloves), "harm yue kuet" (3 pcs.) till fragrant.
[3] Add in 1 1/2 bowl water and boil for 20 minutes.
