thai fried rice

A friend from our Saturday dana group at VBG Temoh, taught me this.  My daughters comment "好好吃!"
 
[1]  Cut chicken into small pieces.
[2]  Marinate chicken with a bit of soya sauce, pepper & sugar.
[3]  Fry lemon grass (chopped fine) with a little oil, then dish out.
[4]  Fry dried prawns with pepper, then add in marinated chicken.
[5]  Add in rice and fry till rice is dry (jumping).
[6]  Add in long beans (chopped fine) & carrot (chopped fine).
[7]  Add a little bit of sugar and salt, to taste.
[8]  Lastly, add in "bunga kantan" (chopped fine), basil leaves(chopped fine), coriander(chopped fine) and chili padi (chopped fine) - stir fry for a short while.
